TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VIEFORIT.COM
General Conditions

§1
  1. The main aim of the E-Platform is to organize competitions in E-sport games, based on the arcade rivalry between players.
  2. Only registered Platform Users are eligible to participate in the competitions and tournaments.

§2
  1. Before using the E-Platform, each User should read these Terms and Conditions and accept it.
  2. The E-Platform is owned by Vieforit Sp. z o. o. based in Kraków, Marcika St. 4, 30-443 Kraków, NIP: 6793298574, REGON: 52857520000000, KRS: 0001104572 address for service: Marcika St. 4, 30-443 Kraków.
  3. By registering for an account on E-Platform, User accepts all provisions of the Terms and Conditions. Ignorance of these terms, does not release from the obligation to comply with it.
§3
The terms used in the Terms and Conditions mean:
  1. Game – E-sport game, which is available in e-platform’s competitions.
  2. CS2 - „Counter-Strike 2 ”, Game released by Valve Corporation and Hidden Path Entertainment;
  3. Individual User Account – a User profile created on the E-Platform by registration, which in particular entitles to transfer funds, receive a win, participate in the competition;
  4. Organizer – the owner of E-Platform, engaged in an economic activity under the name of Vieforit Sp. z o. o. based in Kraków, Marcika St. 4, 30-443 Kraków, NIP: 6793298574, REGON: 52857520000000, KRS: 0001104572 address for service: Marcika St. 4, 30-443 Kraków.
  5. E-Platform – online domain, used to organize competitions in Games – www.vieforit.com;
  6. STEAM Platform – a digital distribution and digital rights management platform, a multiplayer system and a social network created by Valve Corporation;
  7. Privacy Policy – regulations regarding information obligations related in particular to the collection of personal data, which are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions;
  8. Wallet – accumulated funds of each User, that can be used for competitions and payouts. Wallet contains all kinds of funds accumulated from Prize Pool winnings, Payments, Bonus Activities and available for each user: available funds, locked funds and bonus funds.
  9. Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions;
  10. Competition – defined gameplay event organized by Organizer for a specific Game, which includes a set of gameplay rules and clear criteria for determining the winner(s). Each Competition is characterized by defined commission amounts, conditions for awarding prizes, and measures for monitoring cheating. Competitions are a subset of a Game, with each Match being the smallest unit within a Competition, representing a single gameplay instance between Users.
  11. Match - a part of competition, single gameplay between users, with specified rules of competing and rules of selecting winner, in accordance with the rules of the Game;
  12. Duels - a type of competition between Users in CS2, in the 1x1 formula, consisting in a quick, single match between Users,
  13. User – a player who created a profile on E-Platform;
  14. Entry fee – the required amount of money entitling to participate in any competition organized by Organizer;
  15. Payment - each correctly completed payment transfer made by the User to the Individual User Account or via the payment service providers such as Skinsback, PayPal or Cinkciarz Pay;
  16. Win – a prize received by a User who won competition, received in cash and automatically allocated to the Wallet of each authorized User;
  17. Payout – each correctly completed payment transfer made from the Individual User Wallet to the User's individual account, at the PayPal payment service provider or to the bank account indicated by the User;
  18. Pool– also “prize pool”, prize pool for users created from entry fees of each competition. Prize pool can reduced by Organizer’s commission for using e-platform’s infrastructure and organizing competition;
  19. STEAM account – an active User account on the STEAM Platform, without which it is not possible to start CS2.

Registration of an Individual User Account
§4
  1. By registering an Individual User Account on the E-Platform each User confirm the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Only person who is 18 or older is entitled to register an Individual User Account. By accepting Terms of Conditions, User confirms, that he has finished 18 years.
§5
  1. To register an Individual User Account there is required to provide the following data:
    1. name;
    2. surname;
    3. username (unique virtual name created by user)
    4. date of birth;
    5. country of residence;
    6. region;
    7. e-mail;
    8. password.
  2. After providing the data mentioned above, the User will be asked to connect the Individual User Account with the STEAM Account by integrating the User's name, Steam ID and other data delivered by Steam Open ID. Correct registration is possible only after integration of the User's Account with the STEAM Account.
  3. User can register account by integrated third-party platforms:
A. Facebook;
B. Google;
C. Steam.
4. While registering account through third-party platforms described in item 3 of this paragraph, user might be asked to fill missing data for complete registration, such as: e-mail address, country of residence, region.
5. Providing the data indicated above means that they are consistent with the real state. If the User provide false data the Organizer has the right to suspend or delete the Individual User Account at any time without prior notice.
§6
  1. Each User may create only one Individual User Account.
  2. If the User creates two or more Individual User Accounts, the Organizer has the right to delete additional or all Individual User Accounts, depending at his own discretion at any time without prior notice.
§7
  1. Each User is solely responsible for all obligations resulting from these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The User may not allow any other person to access o his/her Individual User Account. All activities undertaken under an Individual User Account may do only a person who created an account.
  3. An Individual User Account is not transferrable to any other person. Any attempts to transfer the access for another person for free or against payment are prohibited.


Payments
§8
1. Payments represent the funding of a User's Wallet and can be made through integrated payment operators using methods they provide. Currently available operators include Cinkciarz Pay (FIAT transactions in any currency via fast transfers, card payments, Blik, and payments through external virtual wallets) and Skinsback (transactions using virtual items for CS2).
2. If a transaction is performed in a currency other than EURO, it is automatically converted by the payment operator to EURO at a rate disclosed on the payment operator's website.
3. By making a transaction, the User agrees to the payment operators' terms and conditions.
4. Each payment method may include a commission charged by the payment operator, detailed at the time of selection of payment method.
5. The amount credited to the User's Wallet is the payment amount reduced by the commission for that method.
6. The organizer does not charge its own fees for payments.
7. If the payment is made using virtual items, the User accepts the valuation of the item by the payment operator.
8. Funds deposited can be withdrawn at any time by the User and do not need to be used in gameplay beforehand.
9. If the User uses a bonus code as payment, these funds are marked as bonus in the Wallet and must be used in gameplay before payout.
10. The organizer is not responsible for payment failures due to the payment operator's fault.
11. The payment operator may reject a transaction if it exceeds a limit set by the operator due to AML regulations and, for some payment methods, personal data verification (KYC) may be required.


Wallet
§9
  1. The platform operates exclusively in EURO.
  2. The Wallet reflects all funds available on the User's account, divided into:
  3. When paying an entry fee, bonus funds are used first, followed by available funds.
  4. If bonus funds are used in the entry fee, any prize pool money becomes available funds in the winning User's Wallet.
  5. The User can view available and locked funds in their Wallet, and in the payout interface, they can see available and bonus funds.
  6. The User's Wallet displays the history of payments, payouts, and all transactions, including the flow of entry fees and prize pools from matches and competitions.
  7. Funds in the Users' Wallets are not considered income for Organizer and cannot be used by Organizer for any proprietary purposes.
  8. Organizer does not accept cash payments, in accordance with agreements with payment operators aimed at preventing money laundering.
9. In cases of receiving a cheat report, the prize pool for the winner is transferred to the Wallet as locked funds. If the report is rejected, the funds are moved from locked to available funds. If the report is accepted, the funds are transferred from the locked funds of the player who received the report to the available funds of the player who reported the cheat (the aggrieved, through being disadvantaged, becomes the winner of the match or competition).

Payouts
§10
  1. Payouts can be requested by the User at any time and only from the available funds in the Wallet.
  2. The User may request a payout to a PayPal account or to a specified bank account, and the payout amount cannot exceed the available funds in the Wallet.
  3. When selecting the PayPal payout method, the User must provide an email address to complete the payout.
  4. When selecting the bank account payout method, the User must first provide the IBAN of the account.
  5. If the IBAN is located within the EEA, no additional information is required, and the User can proceed with the payout.
  6. If the IBAN is located outside the EEA, the User will be required to provide additional information:
  7. The information provided is used only to execute the transaction and is not stored afterward.
  8. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided; Organizer assumes no liability for incorrect data entered by the User.
  9. If a transaction fails due to incorrect data, Organizer reserves the right to refuse to repeat the transaction or to reduce the repeated transaction by the amount of the commission charged by the bank or payment operator due to the rejected transaction.
  10. The selected payout method may incur a commission fee from the payment operator. The amount of the commission is clearly informed during the payout process.
  11. All payouts are made in EURO, from accounts held in EURO.
  12. Organizer is not liable for additional charges incurred by the receiving bank, especially those arising from contract provisions of User with the bank or due to account currency different from EURO and conversion charges.
  13. Organizer does not charge its own fees for payouts.
  14. Payouts are processed within a maximum of 48 hours, where processing refers to the sending of the payment from Organizer.
  15. Organizer is not responsible for the transaction time taken by the sending bank, the receiving bank, intermediary banks, and/or other payment operators.
  16. Organizer may reject a payout request or take longer than 48 hours to process a payout only under certain conditions:
  17. Organizer may require identification documents to verify the identity of the person requesting the payout in cases of suspected unauthorized access to the account. Once the verification is complete, the data will be permanently deleted.
  18. When a payout request is pending, the funds designated for payout are transferred from available to locked.
  19. Once the transaction is completed, the User receives a corresponding notification on the platform and via email, and the funds related to the transaction are removed from locked.
  20. If the transaction is rejected, the User receives a notification on the platform and via email with the reason for the rejection, and the funds related to the transaction are transferred from locked back to available.

Entry fee & Pool
§11
1. The entry fee is a start-up charge collected at the beginning of matches and competitions. It is collected only from the available funds in the user's Wallet.
2. The entry fees from players participating in a particular match or competition constitute the prize pool.
3. The prize pool is reduced by a commission for using the platform's infrastructure and for organizing the competitions by Organizer.
4. The amount of the commission is adjusted depending on the specific match or competition and the stake amount.
5. Each section under a given competition has precisely defined commission ranges.
6. In notifications to matches and competitions, displayed to the user on the platform, which include information about the prize pool amount labeled as “prize pool”, “prize,” “award,” or “you can win,” the displayed amount is what will be credited to the winner's Wallet in unchanged value. The amounts shown to users when they accept competitions are already reduced by Organizer’s commission, ensuring there are no additional commissions deducted from what the player expects to receive after a win in match or competition.
7. In cases of receiving a cheat report, the prize pool for the winner is transferred to the Wallet as locked funds. If the report is rejected, the funds are moved from locked to available funds. If the report is accepted, the funds are transferred from the locked funds of the player who received the report to the available funds of the player who reported the cheat (the aggrieved, through being disadvantaged, becomes the winner of the match or competition).


Duels
§12
1. Only users with connected Steam Account to Vieforit Account can participate in Duels competition.
2. Users, whose Steam Account consists VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) ban, are not able to participate in Duels competition. If any of such as users tries to join the game server, the organizer will automatically block his possibility to enter the server.
3. Users, whose Steam Account consists VAC, are automatically tagged as verified cheating players, which results in permanent ban of his Vieforit account and all his funds inside the wallet are being withheld by Organizer.
4. As part of the Duels, the User may join public queue and select entry fee range, of his choice. The platform will automatically search for opponent, who has selected entry fee range, that connects with Users entry fee range. After finding opponent, both Users can accept or decline found opponent.
5. In pop up notification to accept the Duels match, users can see amount of entry fee and prize pool. Amount of prize pool players see is already reduced by organizer’s commission for using platform’s infrastructure and organizing the competition.
6. Rejecting an opponent results in returning to searching different opponent.
7. When both Users accept the Duels match, by clicking "Play", the Duels match starts and entry fee is paid from Users’ Wallets and Users are taken to the lobby, where maps are banned (rejected) one by one, alternately by each User. The last map is the match map that will be used in a Duel match. Users - participants of the Duel match, after completing the map banning stage, receive access to the server on which they will conduct the Duel match - up to a maximum of 26 rounds.
8. Users in public queue can not be matched, if they have different regions assigned to their user account. Only players within the same region are matched.
9. User is responsible for selecting appropriate region, as it determines location of match server and influences connection quality.
10. If the User does not select map to ban within 8 seconds, random map will be banned automatically and count as choice of map ban of this User.
11. The minimum entry fee amount is 0.1 EUR.
12. The maximum entry fee amount is amount of User’s funds in Wallet.
13. If one User wins 14 (fourteen) rounds, the Duel match is finished with the victory of that User.
14. In the event that, after the end of the Duel match, there is a tie of 13:13, extra time is required, which consists of a maximum of 6 (six) rounds. If, during extra time, any of the participants in the Duel match achieves a result that prevents their opponent from drawing, the Duel match ends with the victory of that User. If there is a draw during extra time, another extra time takes place, on the terms specified in the first sentence. The number of extra time periods is unlimited.
15. Duel Match can have different states:
a. Joining match lobby – while waiting for other player to join the match lobby on platform;
b. Map banning – while players ban maps one by one;
c. Starting server – while server is configuring;
d. Live – while server is ready to start the match and while waiting for players to join the game server;
e. Finished – while the game has finished and prize pool transaction has been completed;
f. Reported – while the game consist cheat report from player, who has lost and the report is awaiting for verification from organizer. After verification, state changes to finished;
g. Server issue – while problems with game server or any other problems occurred, that make it impossible to start a match. This state results in cancelling the match and returning entry fees to wallets of participating in match users, without taking commission for using platform’s infrastructure and organize competition.

16. If both players does not join game server within 5 minutes, match status will change to server issue.
17. If any of the players reports server issue, using button in match lobby on platform and the match has not yet started on game server – match status will change to server issue.
18. If the match has already started on game server, and any of the players reports server issue, using button in match lobby on platform, the match will continue and organizer will receive notification of potential issue to this match. If the server issue is confirmed, organizer will manually return entry fees from prize pool to participating players and tag match as “server issue” without taking commission for using platform’s infrastructure and organize competition.
19. From the Pool of each Duel match minimum 80% of the Pool will be transferred as a win to the User who won the Duel match. The exact amount of Pool is visible in pop up notification, while accepting the match.
20. From the Pool of each Duel match, the Organizer takes maximum 20% of the Pool as commission for using e-platform’s infrastructure and organizing competition.
21. In the "Duel" tab, in addition to searching for an opponent in public match, it is possible to invite player to private match. In private match user can directly invite other player to play a Duel match for specified entry fee amount.
22. In private match user can invite other users from all regions. If other user has different region selected, than the user who is inviting, the inviting user is informed of different match server location, than the region selected in his account. By inviting such an user to private match, inviting user accepts server location and all connection problems that may result with such a location.
23. In private match tab, user can turn on or off the visibility for other users to being invited. If the visibility is turned off, other users will not be able to find this user for invitation. The user will still be able to invite other users, who has turned on visibility.
24. In the Duel tab user can find live matches list, which contains list of all Duel matches currently being played, along with their participants’ usernames, avatars, match score and details.
25. In the Duel tab user can find last matches list, which contains list of all Duel matches played by this user, along with opponent’s username, avatar, match score and details.
26. In the Duel tab user can find top players list, which contains 10 top players from All-time leaderboard.
27. In the Duel tab there are fields (information windows) with the rules. These are fields divided into tiles with an icon and a title. The rules contain information such as: available weapons for the match, available maps, match time, information about extra time, how to deal with cheaters (the method of verifying cheaters described in §9 item 28 – 41.
28. After the end of each Duel match, User who has lost may report the opponent for cheating. After the Duel match is over, a button and form in pop up notification will display for User, who has lost the match. In order to submit the report, player have to click the button and, if necessary, fill the report form.
29. User has 60 seconds after the match to submit the report. The countdown begins when match changes its status from “live” to “finished”. The match status is visible in match lobby.
30. If the report is submitted the win is retained for a maximum of 48 hours (the reported Duel match participant receives a notification on the website). Meanwhile, the Administrator checks the recording of the Duel match. If the cheat is confirmed, the cheater is banned and his win is awarded to the aggrieved party (loser) - in such a case both participants of the Duel match are informed about the result of considering the report and the consequences. If the cheat is rejected, the suspected participant of the Duel match receives the retained amount of the win and the notification of the result of the report, which is also received by his opponent.
31. The cheat report is verified by video recording of the match. The recording file includes in-game tools, which allow administrators to perform various settings (such as slowing time, stopping time, showing players reaction etc.) in order to verify whether player’s reactions were supported by illegal software or were performed by his skills.
32. By participating in Duels, User accepts exclusive jurisdiction of Organizer to verify and judge match reports and give a verdict.
33. By participating in Duels, the User agrees that they will not have any claims against the Organizer or any third parties in connection with the verdict issued by the Organizer concerning a cheat report.
34. Organizer is not responsible for any internet connection problems arising from User’s software and hardware.
35. Organizer Is no responsible for any problems arising directly from CS2.
36. If player disconnects from game server due to any reason and Duel Match has already started, the Duel Match score will continue to count, even during player’s absence and winner of every round during this absence is player, who is still connected to game server.
37. If the reported player is verified as a cheater, the account of this player is permanently blocked on e-platform and all his funds inside the wallet are being withheld by Organizer.
38. The violation of the rules of the CS2 and Duels may be: collusion of the Users, using any modifications increasing the advantage of the User during the match and using any other programs that change the original version of the CS2, e.g.
1. Wallhack – a program that allows you to see enemies and other objects through the walls,
2. Aimbot/Aimhack – a program which automatically targeting the opponent,
3. Triggerbot/Triggerhack – a program which automatically shoots when the target is in range of the sight,
4. ESP – text information about the enemy (his weapons, number of his health points, etc.),
5. No Recoil – a program that eliminates the recoil of weapons.
39. If there were any objections connections with the violations of the rules the payment of the prize is suspended until the objections are considered, but not longer than for 48 hours.
40. In cases of receiving a cheat report, the prize pool for the winner is transferred to the Wallet as locked funds. If the report is rejected, the funds are moved from locked to available funds. If the report is accepted, the funds are transferred from the locked funds of the player who received the report to the available funds of the player who reported the cheat (the aggrieved, through being disadvantaged, becomes the winner of the match or competition).
41. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the User's ability to submit cheat reports if the User is found to be misusing this function through multiple, unfounded cheat report submissions. Any restriction on the ability to submit cheat reports is issued on an individual basis and shall not exceed 30 days from the date the restriction is imposed.

Bonus activities
§13
1. E-platform contain various bonus activities, such as daily gifts, challenges, achievements and leaderboards, which can be performed by users.
2. To complete bonus activity, User has to finish activity described in details of every bonus activity.
3. Completing bonus activities can result in obtaining funds in EURO. All of funds received from bonus activities is awarded to bonus funds in Wallet.
4. Abuse of bonus activities through fraud, use of gameplay-enhancing software, or possession of more than one account on the e-platform may result in the blocking of the account and of all funds in the Wallet can be withheld by Organizer.


Privacy policy
§14
Fulfilling the information obligations indicated in art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), there is indicating as following:
  1. The controller of Your personal data is Vieforit Sp. z o. o. engaged in an economic activity under the name of Vieforit Sp. z o. o. based in Kraków, Marcika St. 4, 30-443 Kraków, NIP: 6793298574, REGON: 52857520000000, KRS: 0001104572 address for service: Marcika St. 4, 30-443 Kraków, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
  2. Contact with the controller of your personal data is possible at the above-mentioned address or via e-mail: vieforit@vieforit.com.
  3. Your personal data are processed on the basis of art. 6 point 1 letter a), b), c) and f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e.:
    1. When You given consent to the processing of personal data;
    2. when it is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
    3. when is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Organizer is subject;
    4. when it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Organizer or by a third party.
  4. Your personal data are processing in particular to:
    1. Enable to render electronic services and to proper use of E-Platform;
    2. Create and manage of Individual User Account and provide technical support;
    3. Handle complaints and objections sent to the Organizer by electronic means;
    4. Direct contact with the User for purposes related to the provision of services;
    5. Optimize and increase the efficiency of services provided by the Organizer;
    6. Provide personal data to third parties cooperating with the Organizer;
    7. Ensure the safety of the providing services, including enforcing compliance with these Term and Conditions and detecting errors, preventing fraud and abuse;
    8. Conduct marketing activities;
    9. Proper provision of payment processing;
    10. Prepare statistics;
    11. Fulfill legal and tax obligations;
    12. Conduct court, arbitration or mediation proceedings;
    13. Archiving purposes.
  5. Data that may be collected by the Organizer while using the Platform include in particular:
    1. IP address;
    2. Date of birth;
    3. Name and surname;
    4. Country of residence;
    5. Data collected using cookies and similar technologies;
    6. User’s name;
    7. E-mail address;
    8. Data voluntarily provided by Users, placed on their Individual User Accounts;
    9. Data on made payment transactions.

§15
  1. The Organizer gives the power to process of personal data to entities that support him in the provision of services. Entrusting data takes place on the basis of a lawful written agreement.
  2. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries including the USA, if the Organizer uses such tools as Google Analytics and in case of logging into the E-Platform via Facebook, Google+, Steam or similar websites.
  3. In order to properly service of the Platform, Your personal data may be transferred to authorized employees or associates but only when it would be necessary. The Organizer may also provide certain data to providers who serving the Platform, payment service and public authorities in connection with their proceedings.
  4. Your personal data are storage for the period depending of the purpose for which they are processed.
§16
  1. Users of the E-Platform have the right to:
    1. Access to their personal data;
    2. Rectification or erasure of personal data;
    3. Lodge a complaint;
    4. transfer data.
For this purpose, please contact the Organizer using the means of communication indicated above.
  1. The Organizer shall within one month of receiving the request, provide the data subject information on actions taken in connection with the execution of the above-mentioned rights without any delay. The Organizer may extend the deadline by another two months due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests. Within one month of receipt of the request, the Organizer informs the data subject about the extension of the deadline, stating the reasons for the extension.
  2. The data subject may choose the form of communication with the Organizer (electronic or postal).
  3. If the Organizer does not act in relation to the request of the data subject, he shall immediately, not later than one month after receiving the request, inform the data subject of the reasons for failure to take action and the possibility of lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority and the other means of protection.
  4. Communication and activities undertaken on the basis of this Privacy Policy are free of charge. If the subject’s data demands are unjustified or excessive, the Organizer may::
    1. Request the appropriate fee which includes administrative costs of providing information, conducting communication or taking another actions;
    2. Refuse to take actions.
  5. Platform Users have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made before its payout.
  6. Payout of consent to the processing of personal data means resignation from using the services offered by the E-Platform and deleting the Individual User Account.
  7. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint to the Polish President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary. Creating a Individual User Account requires entering personal data specified in the form.
  9. Consent to the use of cookies and similar technology is voluntary, but its absence will not reduce the number of ads received by Users, but may only reduce their accuracy. Personal data which are collected automatically by cookies and similar technologies are not used by the Organizer to profile Users.
  10. The Organizer may also use external payment services such as PayPal, Paysafecard and Skrill, to exchange money for funds accumulated in the User Wallet. The Organizer is a data controller in relation to personal data related to transactions processed in order to purchase funds for the User Wallet. The transaction data may contain personal data, payment card details and transaction details. Each time the User purchases funds for the Wallet, the data transferred to payment services are also subject to the privacy policy of the selected provider. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is the performance of the contract for intermediation of payment transactions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User consents to the transfer of his personal data to offer and execute payment transaction services.

Personal data protection
§17
  1. All data provided to the Organizer is securely stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented above.
  2. During the use of the E-Platform, including creating the Individual user Account and making payment transfers, the User will be asked to provide only the personal data which are necessary for proper use of the E-Platform. Personal data necessary for the proper use of the E-Platform are the name, surname, country of residence, date of birth, name of the User and e-mail address. The payment system provider may require other data necessary to authorize the transaction.
  3. Granting consent to the processing of personal data is necessary to create a Individual User Account. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  4. All personal data provided by the User are treated as confidential and are not subject to the transaction, they will also not be transferred to third parties without the consent of the person to whom they belong, except for providing this data to payment system providers and other entities, if they have a legal basis, for example law enforcement agencies.
  5. The User has the right to access and change his personal data, as well as to other rights resulting from the applicable provisions of law.

§18
  1. The E-Platform provided by the Organizer is protected by copyright. By using the services offered by the Organizer, the User does not acquire any copyrights to any published content or materials.
  2. All registered trademarks belonging to third parties are used by the Organizer only for identification and information purposes.
  3. If You posting own content on the E-Platform You declare that You have the rights and necessary consents to reproduce of such materials. In the event of claims against the Organizer due to materials placing on the E-Platform by the User, the User undertakes to independently satisfy legitimate claims of such entity.
  4. All data and software presented on the E-Platform are made available exclusively for personal use. The User is not authorized to copy, reproduce or make available there data for commercial purposes.
Final provisions
§19
  1. It is forbidden to use inappropriate content, especially pornographic, racist, aggressive, directed to other Users. the Organizer or to all third-party members associated with Organizer.
  2. Inappropriate User's behavior may result in suspension or removal of the Individual User Account.
§20
  1. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems related to the organization of the Duels, if they occurred as a result of events beyond his control or events that he could not have foreseen. The Organizer is also not responsible for the theft of personal data or loss of Individual User Account if these events are the result of indirect or direct actions of the User.
  2. The winnings, are decided solely by the skill abilities of the Users. The game and match is devoid of elements of randomness.
§21
1. The organizer reserves the right to change the content of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes are effective from the moment of their publication on the E-Platform.
§22
  1. By accepting the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts in the event of any disputes arising from the use of the E-Platform.
  2. By registering an account and/or participating in any competitions, match or bonus activity offered on the E-platform, you agree that any disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties will be settled individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit.
  3. In matters not covered by the Term and Conditions the Polish Civil Code and other Polish legal acts will have apply.
