Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Vieforit website, applications, Account services, esports competition infrastructure and related features made available through vieforit.com (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an Account, accessing a feature that requires acceptance, purchasing or using a Competition Entry Ticket, joining a Competition or otherwise using the Platform, the User agrees to these Terms and the documents incorporated by reference.

The Platform supports Competitions organized by Vieforit and by independent third-party Organizers.

The Competition Organizer is always the entity displayed in the "Organized by" field on the relevant Competition page. The contract for Platform technology services is concluded between the User and Vieforit. The contract for a Competition Entry Ticket and participation in a paid Competition is concluded between the User and that Competition Organizer.

The Competition Organizer is always the seller of every Competition Entry Ticket for its Competition and is fully responsible to Users for organizing the Competition and for funding, providing and fulfilling every advertised Prize, regardless of whether the Organizer uses sponsor contributions, Ticket proceeds or another funding source.

If a User does not agree to these Terms, the User must not create an Account or use the Platform.

• The Organizer Rules and Code of Conduct, where applicable.

• The Competition Overview, Competition Details and Competition-Specific Rules displayed for an

individual Competition.

• The Vieforit Privacy Policy, which remains a separate document.

If documents conflict, mandatory law applies first, followed by these Terms, the Wallet, Tickets,

Payments and Prizes Policy, the Fair Play, Anti-Cheat and Sanctions Policy, the General Competition

Rules and then the Competition Overview and Competition-Specific Rules. Competition-specific

information may modify operational game settings, schedules, formats and eligibility conditions, but

may not reduce mandatory consumer rights or alter the legal role of Vieforit or the Competition

Organizer.

The Platform is operated by Vieforit Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Marcika 4, 30-443

Krakow, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001104572, NIP 6793298574 and

REGON 52857520000000 ("Vieforit").

Users may contact Vieforit at support@vieforit.com or at the registered office address stated above.

Competition-specific questions should first be directed to the Competition Organizer or Competition

Administrator identified on the Competition page.

Account: a personal Vieforit user account used to access Platform services.

Bonus Funds: non-withdrawable Wallet value credited from Wallet Top-ups, promotional credits,

returned Tickets originally paid with Bonus Funds or other credits expressly designated as Bonus

Funds.

Competition: an esports event, match, tournament, ladder, ranking, challenge, qualification, league or

other skill-based competitive activity made available through the Platform.

Competition Administrator: a person or entity authorized to administer a Competition and make

operational rulings within the permissions granted by the Competition Organizer or Vieforit.

Competition Details: the binding information displayed for a Competition, including its Competition

Overview, linked rules, notices and settings.

Competition Entry Ticket: a personal, limited, non-transferable and conditional right to participate in

the Competition for which it was purchased.

Competition Organizer or Organizer: the entity identified in the "Organized by" field on the relevant

Competition page. The Organizer is the Ticket seller and the party responsible for funding, providing

and fulfilling every Prize for that Competition.

Competition Overview or Overview: the page or tab on which the Platform displays the principal

registration, Ticket, format, schedule, server, match, Prize and operational information for a

Competition.

Competition-Specific Rules: additional rules applicable only to a particular Competition and not fully

expressed through the Competition Overview.

Funds: withdrawable Wallet value credited solely as a confirmed cash Prize won in an esports

Competition.

Game Account: an account maintained by a game publisher or third-party gaming service and linked

to the Account.

General Competition Rules: the platform-wide rules governing Competition participation and

administration.

Platform Fee: a fee payable to Vieforit for technology, infrastructure, payment collection or related

services, where applicable and disclosed.

Restricted Territory: a country or territory in which some or all Platform services are unavailable under

Section 9.

Sponsor: an entity identified in the "Sponsored by" field. Sponsorship does not transfer any Organizer

right or obligation and does not make the Sponsor responsible to Users in place of the Organizer.

User: a natural person who accesses or uses the Platform.

Wallet: the Platform ledger displaying Bonus Funds, Funds and any amounts temporarily locked or

reserved.

Wallet Top-up: a transfer of money, eligible digital items or other accepted value that results in Bonus

Funds being credited to the Wallet.

Vieforit: Vieforit Sp. z o.o. acting as Platform operator and, only where expressly identified in the

"Organized by" or "Administered by" field, as Competition Organizer or Competition Administrator.

Vieforit provides global technological infrastructure for esports Competitions. Depending on the

feature and Competition, the technology may include Account management, registration,

matchmaking, brackets, game servers, anti-cheat integrations, Wallet functionality, payment

interfaces, results processing, administrative tools, communications and technical prize settlement.

For an independently organized Competition, Vieforit's service is limited to providing and operating

that technology. Vieforit does not provide advertising, marketing, participant-acquisition,

sponsorship-brokerage or other promotional services for the Organizer. Displaying a Competition

within the Platform is a technical function necessary to make the Competition infrastructure available

and does not constitute promotion, endorsement, legal approval or acceptance of the Organizer's

external communications.

Vieforit is not automatically the organizer of every Competition displayed on the Platform. Unless

Vieforit is expressly identified in the "Organized by" field, the independent Competition Organizer

bears all organizer rights and obligations described in these Terms, the Competition Details, the

Competition-Specific Rules and applicable law.

Subject to Platform integrity rules and mandatory law, the Competition Organizer controls and is

responsible for the Competition format, eligibility, schedule, Ticket price, Prize structure, promotion,

advertising, administration, result confirmation, Competition disputes, Prize forfeiture decisions and

the funding, provision and fulfilment of all Prizes.

Vieforit retains authority over Account integrity, Wallet records, payment security, Platform-wide

anti-cheat and fraud systems, multi-accounting, security incidents, sanctions compliance, technical

access and violations affecting the Platform as a whole. An Organizer may not override a confirmed

Platform integrity finding or require Vieforit to process a transaction that Vieforit reasonably considers

unlawful, unsafe or contrary to these Terms.

Before a User purchases a Ticket or confirms participation, the Competition page must identify the

Competition Organizer in the "Organized by" field, the administering party in the "Administered by"

field, any Sponsor in the "Sponsored by" field and Vieforit as the technology platform.

The Competition Organizer is always the seller of the Competition Entry Ticket and is always

responsible to Users for funding, providing and fulfilling every Prize. These responsibilities are not

divided among separate prize roles and are not transferred to a Sponsor, supplier, administrator or

other third party used by the Organizer. Vieforit may collect and account for the Ticket price on behalf

of the Organizer through the Wallet and Platform settlement infrastructure. Such collection does not

by itself make Vieforit the Organizer or seller of the Ticket.

The Competition Overview forms part of the Competition Details and displays the binding registration

and Ticket information, Competition format and advancement, schedule and match-readiness

information, game and server settings, match settings, Prize information and other principal

operational conditions. Additional Competition-Specific Rules are required only where a rule cannot be

fully expressed through the Overview.

Users must provide complete, current and accurate information requested during registration and use.

Vieforit may require verification of identity, age, residence, payment details, Game Accounts or other

information where reasonably necessary for security, eligibility, withdrawals, sanctions compliance or

legal obligations. Each User may maintain only one Account unless Vieforit gives written permission.

Accounts are personal, non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, rented or used by another

person. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, enabling available security features and

promptly notifying Vieforit of suspected unauthorized access. Vieforit may temporarily restrict an

Account to protect the User or the Platform while an incident is investigated.

• A User must not register using another person's identity or Game Account.

• A User must not create or use another Account to avoid restrictions, bans, eligibility rules, limits or

sanctions.

• A User remains responsible for activity performed through the Account unless the User promptly

reported unauthorized access and did not cause the compromise through intentional or grossly

negligent conduct.

Minors may use free Platform features and participate in free Competitions where permitted by

applicable law, the relevant game publisher and the Competition Details. Where parental or guardian

authorization is required by applicable law, the User must obtain it before using the Platform. Only

Users aged 18 or older may make Wallet Top-ups, purchase paid Competition Entry Tickets,

participate in paid Competitions, request withdrawals or receive withdrawable cash Prizes, unless

Vieforit expressly enables a different lawful process for a particular country and Competition. An

Organizer may impose a higher minimum age or additional consent requirements. A User who

misrepresents age may be removed from a Competition and may lose eligibility for a Prize, subject to

mandatory law and the refund rules applicable to the circumstances.

Participation may require a valid Game Account, a licensed copy of the relevant game, approved

anti-cheat software, compatible equipment and a stable internet connection. The required Game

Account and technical conditions are stated in the Competition Details or Competition-Specific Rules.

Users must use only their own authorized Game Account. Publisher, platform or anti-cheat bans may

make a User ineligible where stated in the applicable rules or where Vieforit reasonably determines

that participation would threaten competitive integrity. Vieforit is independent from game publishers

unless expressly stated otherwise. Game names, trademarks and services remain the property of their

respective owners.

Platform access, Wallet Top-ups, paid Competitions, Prizes or withdrawals are unavailable in Russia,

Belarus and North Korea. Vieforit may also restrict any country, territory, person, payment method or

service where required by applicable law, international sanctions, payment provider rules, publisher

restrictions, fraud risk or binding regulatory requirements. Users must not use a VPN, proxy, false

address, third-party payment instrument or other method to conceal location or bypass a restriction.

Vieforit may request evidence of residence and actual location. Restrictions may apply to the entire

Platform or only to specific features. Where lawful and technically possible, restrictions will not affect

a User's ability to withdraw lawfully acquired Funds, subject to verification, sanctions and

payment-provider limitations.

Users may use the Platform only for lawful personal esports participation and related community

features. The Fair Play, Anti-Cheat and Sanctions Policy forms part of these Terms.

• No cheating, unauthorized software, exploit abuse, ghosting, stream sniping, match fixing,

collusion or intentional result manipulation.

• No account sharing, impersonation, boosting, smurfing, ban evasion or unauthorized use of another

person's payment method.

• No fraud, chargeback abuse, laundering, sale or transfer of Wallet balances, Tickets, Accounts or

Prizes contrary to the rules.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, phishing, malware, scams or unlawful

content.

• No interference with Platform systems, servers, APIs, anti-cheat, security controls or data.

• No scraping, automated access or commercial reuse except through an expressly authorized API or

written agreement.

Vieforit aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free

availability. Maintenance, game updates, publisher outages, internet failures, denial-of-service

attacks, anti-cheat incidents and other events may affect access. Vieforit may add, modify, suspend or

discontinue features where reasonably necessary. A change will not retroactively reduce a purchased

Ticket's essential benefits without an appropriate remedy, except where required by law, security,

competitive integrity or circumstances outside reasonable control. Rules for technical failures

affecting a Competition are set out in the General Competition Rules and Competition Details.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit. By uploading or publishing content on the

Platform, the User grants Vieforit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce,

format, display, technically distribute, secure and archive that content as necessary to operate the

Platform and relevant Competitions.

Competition participation may generate match data, statistics, rankings, demos, replays, voice or text

communications and public results. Vieforit and the Organizer may process and publish such

information for administration, integrity, broadcasts, highlights and historical records, subject to the

Privacy Policy and applicable law. Any promotional use made by an independent Organizer is

undertaken on that Organizer's own responsibility and is not a promotional service supplied by

Vieforit.

Users must not upload content that infringes third-party rights. Vieforit may remove or restrict content

where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce these Terms or protect users.

The Platform software, design, databases, branding and original content are owned by Vieforit or its

licensors. No right is granted except the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms. Payment

processors, game publishers, Steam, anti-cheat providers, hosting providers and other third parties

maintain their own terms. The User must comply with applicable third-party terms. Vieforit is not

responsible for a third-party service failure that Vieforit did not cause, but will provide remedies

required by these Terms or mandatory law where the failure prevents a purchased Platform service

from being supplied.

Vieforit may issue a warning, restrict a feature, temporarily suspend an Account or permanently

terminate access where the User materially or repeatedly violates these Terms, threatens Platform

security or integrity, is subject to sanctions, commits fraud or where continued service would be

unlawful. Except where immediate action is reasonably required, Vieforit will provide the principal

reason for a restriction and information about available appeal channels. A User may use automated

Account closure only when the Wallet balance is zero and no Competition, dispute, withdrawal,

chargeback or investigation is pending. Where a balance remains, the User must first use eligible

Bonus Funds, withdraw eligible Funds, wait for pending matters to conclude or request manual closure

through Support. A User requesting manual closure may voluntarily and expressly waive a remaining

balance. The waiver must identify the amount, currency and balance type and becomes effective only

after Vieforit records the User's informed, unambiguous confirmation. A User is not required to waive

withdrawable Funds if withdrawal is lawfully and technically available. Termination does not eliminate

accrued payment, refund, tax, confidentiality, intellectual property, investigation or dispute

obligations. Treatment of balances is governed by the Wallet, Tickets, Payments and Prizes Policy.

Platform complaints may be sent to support@vieforit.com. A complaint should include the Account

identifier, affected transaction or Competition, relevant dates, requested resolution and available

evidence.

Competition-specific protests must first follow the Competition-Specific Rules and be submitted to the

Competition Administrator or Organizer within the stated deadline. Vieforit may review matters

involving Platform integrity, Wallet records, anti-cheat systems, fraud, security, these Terms or a

material failure by an Organizer to follow published rules.

An internal decision described as final is final only within the applicable internal Competition process

and does not restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions. Vieforit is responsible for the

technological Platform services it supplies and for organizer obligations only where Vieforit is

expressly identified as the Competition Organizer.

An independent Organizer is solely responsible for its legal status and authority to act as an organizer,

the lawful organization and administration of its Competition, the Ticket contract, its administrators,

all Organizer decisions, all published rules, all external promotion and advertising, all sponsor and

commercial relationships and the funding, provision and fulfilment of every advertised Prize.

Vieforit may verify the Organizer's identity and contractual commitments and may hold secured cash

Prize amounts on its own account before registration opens. Those controls are risk-reduction and

technical-settlement measures only. They do not transfer the Organizer's responsibilities to Vieforit,

do not make Vieforit a co-organizer and do not constitute Vieforit approval of the Organizer's business,

external promotion, advertising or non-cash Prize performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vieforit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss

of opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings, third-party service outages, User equipment or

connection failures, or an independent Organizer's breach, promotion, advertising, sponsor

relationship, administrative ruling or Prize failure that Vieforit did not cause. This does not exclude

liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence,

failure by Vieforit to transfer a cash Prize amount actually secured and due for technical settlement, or

any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Vieforit provides electronic services under Polish law. Users may report defects or non-conformity

through the contact channel in Section 19. Any statutory remedies apply notwithstanding contractual

limitations. A Competition Entry Ticket may relate to a leisure activity scheduled for a specific date or

period. Where the applicable consumer law excludes a withdrawal right for such services, the User

may not cancel solely by invoking a general cooling-off period. Any contractual cancellation option

and all mandatory rights remain available as stated in the Competition Details and applicable law.

Wallet Top-ups and Tickets are subject to the separate refund rules. No provision requires a User to

waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Vieforit may amend these Terms for legal, security, technical, operational or business reasons.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, by email or another durable method

with reasonable advance notice unless immediate change is required by law, security or competitive

integrity. Changes do not retroactively alter the essential economic terms of a Ticket already

purchased, except where mandatory law or urgent integrity measures require otherwise. Continued

use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a User does not accept

a material change, the User may stop using the Platform and close the Account subject to settlement

of the Wallet and pending matters.

Personal data processing in connection with the Platform is governed by the separate Vieforit Privacy

Policy. These Terms do not replace or amend that Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. A consumer retains any mandatory protection granted by

the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides. Disputes will be submitted to the

courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. No provision requires a consumer to bring a claim

exclusively in Poland where mandatory jurisdiction rules provide otherwise. If a provision is invalid or

unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the invalid provision will be interpreted

or replaced to reflect its lawful commercial purpose as closely as possible. Vieforit may assign these

Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, sale of business or transfer of the Platform, provided that

Users' mandatory rights are not reduced. Users may not transfer an Account or rights under these

Terms without Vieforit's written consent. The English version is the governing platform version unless

mandatory law requires another language version to prevail.

This Wallet, Tickets, Payments and Prizes Policy (the "Wallet Policy") forms part of the Vieforit Terms

of Service. It governs Wallet Top-ups, Bonus Funds, Funds, Competition Entry Tickets, Ticket-price

allocation, refunds, Prizes and withdrawals. The Wallet is a Platform ledger. It is not represented as a

bank account, savings product, deposit account or investment. No Wallet balance bears interest. The

legal characterization of payments and services remains subject to applicable law and

payment-provider arrangements.

The Platform operates in EUR unless a feature expressly displays another currency. A payment made

in another currency may be converted by the payment provider at the rate and fees disclosed by that

provider. The Wallet may display Bonus Funds, Funds, locked amounts and reserved amounts. Locked

or reserved amounts remain attributed to the User but are temporarily unavailable while a Ticket,

withdrawal, dispute, chargeback, investigation or Prize confirmation is pending.

Bonus Funds: non-withdrawable value usable only to purchase Competition Entry Tickets.

Funds: withdrawable value credited solely as confirmed cash Prizes won in esports Competitions.

Locked Amount: Bonus Funds or Funds temporarily unavailable while an identified process is pending.

Reserved Amount: value assigned to a Ticket, Competition, withdrawal or other transaction before

final settlement.

A Wallet Top-up is not the purchase of a specific Competition Entry Ticket. A completed Top-up credits

Bonus Funds after deduction of any payment-provider fee clearly displayed before confirmation. All

standard Top-ups, including card, bank, payment-wallet, cryptocurrency and CS2 skin or other

accepted digital-item Top-ups, are credited only as Bonus Funds. A Top-up never creates

withdrawable Funds. Available methods, minimums, maximums, exchange rates and provider fees are

displayed at the time of payment. Vieforit may add, restrict or discontinue a method for legal,

security, commercial or provider reasons.

The User must own and be authorized to transfer each digital item. The value credited is the amount

displayed and accepted before transfer, which may differ from market listings and may reflect

liquidity, trade restrictions, risk and provider fees. Once an accepted transfer is completed, the same

item will not be returned and the credited Bonus Funds cannot be converted back into an item.

• Items obtained through theft, fraud, unauthorized access, chargeback or violation of third-party

rules are prohibited.

• Vieforit or the provider may delay or reverse credit where a transfer is revoked, invalid, subject to a

trade lock or reasonably suspected to be unlawful.

• The User also accepts the relevant third-party provider and game-platform terms.

The User must use only a payment instrument the User is legally authorized to use. Vieforit and

payment providers may require KYC, source-of-funds, fraud or sanctions checks before or after

crediting Bonus Funds.

Bonus Funds may be used only to purchase Competition Entry Tickets offered through the Platform.

They are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged between Users and are

not redeemable for cash, skins, cryptocurrency or other value except through lawful participation in a

Competition and the award of a genuine cash Prize. Bonus Funds may also arise from promotional

credits, loyalty activities, refunds of Tickets originally paid with Bonus Funds, charge corrections and

other credits expressly designated as Bonus Funds. Promotional Bonus Funds may have additional

validity periods or use conditions stated when granted. Standard Bonus Funds resulting from a paid

Wallet Top-up do not expire solely because of inactivity unless a mandatory legal rule or separately

accepted, clearly disclosed condition applies.

Funds are credited solely when a User wins a cash Prize in an esports Competition and the result

becomes final after applicable eligibility, integrity, identity and payment checks. Funds may be

withdrawn or used to purchase Competition Entry Tickets. Using Funds to purchase a Ticket does not

change the legal source of the Funds, but any refund is returned to Funds in accordance with Section

10. Promotional awards, cashback, loyalty credits, refunds and non-cash Prizes do not become Funds

unless expressly identified as a cash Prize won in a Competition.

Vieforit maintains segregated accounting records for Wallet backing amounts and keeps such

amounts separate from ordinary operating funds to the extent described in its banking and

payment-provider arrangements and required by law. Cash Prize amounts funded by an external

Organizer must be received and allocated to the relevant Competition before registration opens.

Ticket-funded Prize amounts are allocated as Ticket purchases are settled. No wording in this Policy

creates a trust, escrow, deposit-guarantee or regulated safeguarding status beyond the status that

actually applies under law and the relevant account arrangements.

The Competition Organizer identified in the "Organized by" field is always the seller of the Competition

Entry Ticket. Vieforit provides the Wallet and may collect and settle the Ticket price on behalf of that

Organizer.

A Ticket is personal, non-transferable and valid only for the identified Competition. It is not a wager,

financial instrument, transferable asset or ownership share in a Prize Pool.

The Ticket becomes effective only if the User meets eligibility requirements and the Wallet transaction

is completed. Check-in, roster and attendance conditions are governed by the Competition Overview,

Competition Details and General Competition Rules.

Before purchase, the Platform must display the total Ticket price and the economic allocation

applicable to the Competition. The displayed information must identify any amount or percentage

allocated to the Prize Pool, the Organizer Share, the Vieforit Platform Fee, payment-processing fees

and applicable taxes where relevant. The Organizer Share may not exceed 20% of the Competition

Entry Ticket price. The exact amount or percentage must be displayed before registration or

purchase. No undisclosed fee may be deducted from a Prize amount already presented to Users as the

amount they can win. A Vieforit Platform Fee may be paid by the Organizer, included within the

Organizer Share or charged as another clearly disclosed component, according to the Competition

Details and the Organizer's agreement with Vieforit. The User must see the full amount payable before

confirming the Ticket purchase.

The Organizer may finance a Competition Prize using its own funds, sponsor contributions, a disclosed

portion of Competition Entry Ticket proceeds or a combination of those sources. Where Vieforit is itself

the Organizer, Vieforit may fund the Prize as Organizer.

The commercial source of a Prize may be described in the Competition Overview for transparency.

Regardless of the commercial source, the Competition Organizer remains the sole party responsible to

Users for ensuring that every Prize is fully funded, provided and fulfilled. A Sponsor contribution,

supplier arrangement or other third-party commitment does not divide or transfer the Organizer's

responsibility.

The Competition Overview must state whether the Prize is guaranteed or varies by the number of

valid Tickets. A variable Prize must state the calculation method, minimum threshold, maximum

amount if any, and the point at which the amount becomes final. A guaranteed Prize cannot be

reduced after the first registration except where mandatory law requires cancellation or substitution.

Cancellation rights are stated in the Competition Details. A User has no automatic contractual right to

cancel a Ticket after purchase unless the Competition Details permit it, the Organizer materially

changes the Competition, the Competition is cancelled, a Platform or Organizer error prevents

participation, or mandatory law requires a remedy. Where a Competition is cancelled before it begins,

the Ticket price is returned to the same balance type used for purchase. If a Ticket was paid partly

with Bonus Funds and partly with Funds, the refund is allocated proportionally. Cancellation or refund

never converts Bonus Funds into Funds. Where a Competition is interrupted after beginning, the

Organizer must apply the published cancellation and Prize-allocation rules. If no specific rule

addresses the situation, the Organizer must choose a fair remedy based on completed stages,

competitive integrity and the ability to resume. Vieforit may require a refund where an Organizer

cannot provide the purchased Competition service.

• No refund is due for a no-show, failed check-in, voluntary withdrawal or disqualification caused by

the User, unless the Competition Details or mandatory law provide otherwise.

• If a material adverse change is made after purchase, the User must be informed and offered a

reasonable withdrawal and refund option.

• Payment-provider fees already irreversibly charged may be excluded from a discretionary refund

only if disclosed and lawful.

If a Top-up is reversed, charged back, cancelled or determined to be unauthorized, Vieforit may

remove the corresponding Bonus Funds, cancel affected Tickets, lock withdrawals and correct

resulting transactions. If the Bonus Funds have already been used, the Wallet may show a negative or

recoverable balance. Vieforit may set off the amount against future Bonus Funds or Funds where

permitted by law and may suspend the Account until the balance is resolved. Fraudulent or abusive

chargebacks may lead to sanctions. A good-faith chargeback based on an actual error or legally valid

claim will not be treated as abuse solely because it was submitted.

All guaranteed cash Prizes for a Competition organized by an external Organizer must be fully

received and allocated by Vieforit before Competition registration opens. Such Prizes may be labelled

"Cash Prize Secured by Vieforit".

The fact that Vieforit holds the cash amount does not transfer the Organizer's legal role or Prize

responsibility. Vieforit holds and releases the secured amount as part of its Wallet and

technical-settlement infrastructure after the Organizer confirms the final result and the required

eligibility, integrity, identity, sanctions and payment checks are completed.

If a Competition is cancelled, the secured amount is handled according to the Competition Details and

the Organizer agreement. Ticket-funded Prize amounts are secured progressively from settled Ticket

proceeds. A guaranteed ticket-funded amount must be backed by the Organizer before registration

opens to the extent it is not already funded.

The Competition Organizer is solely responsible for funding, providing and fulfilling all physical goods,

digital codes, subscriptions, services, in-game items, travel and other non-cash Prizes.

Before registration opens, an external Organizer must enter into a written B2B commitment with

Vieforit identifying the exact Prize, quantity, value, availability, delivery territories, delivery deadline

and consequences of non-performance. Where Vieforit has verified the Organizer's corporate identity

and contractual Prize commitment, the Competition page may state "Prize Commitment Verified by

Vieforit".

That status confirms verification of the Organizer's contractual commitment only. It does not mean

that Vieforit physically holds the Prize, provides a promotional service, guarantees the Organizer's

performance or becomes responsible for fulfilment. Any sponsor, supplier or subcontractor used by

the Organizer acts within the Organizer's own commercial arrangements, and the Organizer remains

responsible to Users for their performance.

If an advertised non-cash Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside reasonable control, the

Organizer may provide a substitute of equal or greater value where permitted by the Competition

Details and applicable law.

A cash Prize is credited as Funds after final confirmation. A non-cash Prize may require the winner to

claim it, provide delivery details, complete eligibility documents or perform another reasonable action

requested by the Organizer.

For physical Prizes, the winner must provide complete delivery information within 30 days after the

Organizer sends a request to the User's registered email address or Account inbox. Where Vieforit is

the Competition Organizer, the request is sent by Vieforit. For digital or other non-cash Prizes

requiring acceptance or information, the User must complete the stated claim action within 30 days

after the Organizer's Prize Claim Notice.

The Organizer should send at least one reminder where reasonably practicable. If the User does not

respond within the deadline, refuses required lawful verification or provides an undeliverable address,

the Prize may be forfeited without cash substitution, subject to mandatory law.

The Competition Overview must state who pays shipping, customs, duties and taxes and any

geographical delivery restrictions. The winner is responsible for taxes and charges assigned to the

winner under applicable law and the disclosed terms.

A Prize may be temporarily withheld during a genuine eligibility, anti-cheat, fraud, sanctions or result

dispute. The Organizer may forfeit a Prize only on a published rule basis and must provide the

principal reason and available appeal route.

Forfeiture may apply to a Prize connected with cheating, match fixing, ineligibility, false information,

account sharing, multiple accounts, chargeback abuse or another material Competition violation.

Unrelated lawfully acquired Funds should not be confiscated solely because of a separate violation

unless required by law or needed to recover a proven loss or invalid transaction.

The Competition Details or Organizer decision may reallocate a forfeited Prize to the next eligible

participant, divide it among affected Users, retain or recover it according to the published rules, or

apply another objective method. The Organizer remains responsible for carrying out the reallocation.

Only Funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances except

where mandatory law requires repayment by another method. Available withdrawal methods, provider

fees, limits and estimated processing times are displayed in the withdrawal interface. Vieforit may

require identity, age, residence, bank-account ownership, source-of-funds or sanctions verification.

Vieforit may delay or reject a withdrawal where information is incomplete, the Account is

compromised, an investigation or chargeback is pending, the payment method is unavailable,

sanctions apply, the amount is not validly acquired Funds or processing would violate law or provider

rules. The User is responsible for accurate payment details. Additional costs caused by incorrect

details or the receiving institution may be deducted where lawful and disclosed.

Vieforit may correct duplicate, delayed, missing or erroneous Wallet entries. Before a material adverse

correction, Vieforit will provide transaction information and the reason where doing so would not

compromise an investigation or legal obligation. A User must promptly report a suspected Wallet

error. Knowingly using an obvious erroneous credit is prohibited and may result in recovery and

sanctions.

Automated Account closure is available only when the Wallet balance is zero and there are no pending

Tickets, Competitions, disputes, chargebacks, investigations or withdrawals. A User with Funds should

withdraw them before closure. A User with Bonus Funds may use them for eligible Tickets. A User who

wants immediate manual closure may expressly waive a stated remaining balance by contacting

Support and confirming the amount, currency and balance type in a recorded statement. Upon an

effective voluntary waiver, the balance is permanently removed and cannot later be reclaimed, except

where the waiver was invalid under mandatory law. Vieforit may not treat silence, inactivity or a

general closure request as an implied waiver.

A Wallet Top-up confirmation records a transfer to the Wallet and is not represented as a sales invoice

for a specific Competition Entry Ticket. The Competition Organizer is the seller of the Ticket and is

responsible for any receipt, invoice, fiscal record, tax or consumer information required by applicable

law. Vieforit may generate or deliver documentation on behalf of the Organizer where contractually

authorized. Users and Prize winners remain responsible for personal tax reporting where applicable.

Vieforit or the Organizer may withhold or report amounts where legally required.

Wallet, payment and withdrawal complaints may be sent to support@vieforit.com. The User should

provide the transaction date, amount, method and relevant Competition or Ticket reference. Vieforit

may request additional verification before discussing financial information.

These General Competition Rules apply to every Competition made available through Vieforit unless a

provision is expressly replaced by Competition-Specific Rules. They are designed to support new

games and modes without requiring amendments to the Vieforit Terms of Service.

The Competition Overview controls the standard operational details, including registration, Tickets,

format, advancement, schedule, match readiness, game settings, server settings and match settings.

Competition-Specific Rules are used only for additional game- or event-specific rules that cannot be

fully expressed in the Overview. Neither may override mandatory law, the Terms of Service, Wallet

rules or Platform-wide integrity decisions.

Each Competition must have a Competition Overview that provides sufficient information for a User to

understand the service before registering. The Overview and any linked Competition-Specific Rules

form part of the binding Competition Details.

The Competition page must identify the Competition Organizer in the "Organized by" field, the

administering party in the "Administered by" field, any Sponsor in the "Sponsored by" field and Vieforit

as the technology platform. The Organizer is automatically the seller of every Competition Entry Ticket

and the party responsible for funding, providing and fulfilling every Prize; these responsibilities are not

divided into separate user-facing roles.

The Competition Overview must display, where applicable:

• Registration opening and closing, check-in window, minimum and maximum participants, Ticket

price, Prize Pool contribution, Organizer Share, Vieforit Platform Fee, payment-processing fee and

cancellation and refund conditions.

• Competition format, team size, match series, seeding method, advancement and elimination

conditions and objective tie-breakers.

• Competition start, expected end or duration, match-scheduling method, ready-up timer, no-show

grace period and rescheduling rules.

• Server region and selection method, map pool, veto or randomization process, sides or loadout

restrictions, win condition, overtime, required anti-cheat, coaches, spectators and broadcast delay.

• Eligible countries, age, Account or Game Account requirements, rank or qualification conditions,

team and roster rules and Restricted Territories.

• Prize type, amount or calculation, cash security status, distribution, claim deadline, delivery

restrictions and shipping, duty and tax responsibility.

• Protest deadline, appeal route, technical-failure rules and a link to any Competition-Specific Rules.

A User may register only if all eligibility conditions are met. Eligibility may be rechecked at any time

before Prize settlement. Registration does not guarantee participation if the Competition requires

check-in, qualification, roster confirmation or a minimum number of participants. A Ticket is tied to the

Account and may not be transferred. A User who becomes ineligible before the Competition begins

must notify the Organizer. Refund rights depend on the reason and the Competition Details. Where

check-in is required, the User or team must complete it within the stated window. Failure to check in

may result in removal without refund unless the Competition Details provide otherwise.

Team Competitions must state roster size, substitute limits, lock times and any nationality, residence

or organization restrictions. Only registered eligible players may participate. The captain represents

the team for check-in, vetoes, scheduling and administration but may not waive another player's

mandatory rights. Each member remains individually responsible for compliance. Roster changes after

the lock require Organizer approval and must not create an unfair advantage. Use of an unregistered

player, substitute account or ringer may result in match loss, disqualification and sanctions.

Users must be available at the scheduled time, monitor the Competition page and Match Lobby, and

follow reasonable administrator instructions. A User who confirms participation is expected to

compete in good faith and avoid conduct that delays the Competition. Match readiness, rescheduling,

grace periods and walkovers are governed by the Competition Details. Unless a different time is

stated, an administrator may issue a walkover when a participant fails to become ready within the

Match Lobby timer. Users must not join conflicting events or external matches where doing so is likely

to delay a scheduled Competition match.

The Match Lobby and server-generated data are the primary operational record. Users must verify

visible settings, rosters, region and map before play begins and report an obvious error immediately.

Map vetoes, side selection, bans, picks and random selections follow the process shown in the Match

Lobby or Competition-Specific Rules. Failure to act within a timer may result in an automatic or

random selection. Once a match begins, a User may not demand a restart for a setting that was

visible and could reasonably have been reported earlier, unless the setting materially affects fairness

or an administrator determines that a restart is necessary.

Vieforit or the Organizer may provide game servers or require use of publisher or third-party servers.

The selected region and location are stated in the Competition Details or Match Lobby. Users are

responsible for compatible equipment, software, network quality and correct regional selection. A

User-side connection or equipment failure does not automatically entitle the User to a restart or

refund. A Platform or server-side failure may justify pause, restore, restart, reschedule, cancellation or

refund depending on severity and the available technical record.

Competition-Specific Rules must state any reconnection period, technical pause system and

restoration method. If no specific rule applies, the administrator will consider whether the match state

can be reliably restored and whether either participant caused or exploited the interruption.

Intentional disconnection, abuse of pause functions or refusal to resume may result in match loss or

sanction. A restart must not be granted merely because a participant is losing. Where both sides are

disconnected or a server becomes unavailable, the administrator may restore the latest reliable state,

restart the affected segment, reschedule the match or cancel it.

A participant who fails to attend, check in, ready up or join the required server within the applicable

timer may receive a walkover loss. Repeated no-shows may be treated as disruption of competitive

integrity. A walkover generally advances the opposing participant without changing unrelated

sanctions or eligibility. The Competition Details determine whether a walkover affects Prize, ranking or

refund calculations.

Game-server and Platform data normally determine the result automatically. An administrator may

correct a result where reliable evidence shows a technical error, unauthorized player, rule violation or

corrupted record. A result may be marked provisional while a timely protest, anti-cheat review or

eligibility check is pending. It becomes final when the applicable protest period expires and the

Organizer confirms it, subject to later correction for fraud, cheating or an obvious material error.

Organizer decisions must be consistent with published rules and may not be changed merely for

commercial preference.

A protest must be submitted through the stated channel within the Competition deadline. It should

identify the match, disputed conduct, applicable rule, requested remedy and supporting evidence.

Acceptable evidence may include server logs, demos, screenshots, video, Match Lobby

communications, anti-cheat data and administrator records. Edited, incomplete or unlawfully obtained

material may be disregarded. The Competition Administrator makes the initial ruling. The Organizer

may hear an internal appeal. Vieforit may review Platform integrity, Wallet, anti-cheat, fraud or a

material failure to follow published rules. Repetitive, abusive or knowingly false reports may be

sanctioned.

Administrators may be provided by Vieforit or appointed by the Organizer. The Competition page

should identify the administering party. An Organizer is responsible for the conduct and decisions of

its own administrators. Administrators must act impartially, keep appropriate records, avoid conflicts

of interest and apply rules consistently. An administrator must not participate in a decision involving

the administrator's own team, close associate or financial interest. Vieforit may remove administrator

access where security, abuse, conflict or repeated rule violations are suspected.

After the first User registers or buys a Ticket, the Organizer may not materially reduce Prizes, increase

the Ticket price, change the fee allocation or materially worsen eligibility or format conditions. A

necessary change may be made for law, publisher action, safety, integrity, technical failure, force

majeure or another circumstance outside reasonable control. Affected Users must be informed. A

material adverse change must include a reasonable withdrawal and refund option unless the

Competition can no longer lawfully be supplied. Non-material clarifications, schedule details within an

announced window and corrections of obvious errors may be made without reopening registration.

A Competition may be cancelled or suspended because of insufficient participation, technical failure,

legal restriction, security incident, publisher action, Organizer default or force majeure. Before play

begins, valid paid Tickets are refunded to their original balance type. After play begins, the Organizer

applies the published interruption rules. Where no rule exists, the Organizer must choose a fair

solution based on completed stages, reliable standings and whether resumption is possible. Vieforit

may suspend or cancel a Competition where the Organizer lacks required Prize funding, misrepresents

material information, threatens users or violates law or the Organizer Rules.

Prize positions, tie-breakers and team distribution must be stated before registration. If a tie is

possible, the rules must specify a play-off, statistical tie-breaker, equal division or another objective

method. Cash team Prizes should be allocated directly to eligible team members according to the

displayed split where technically supported. If a Prize is delivered to a captain or organization, the

Competition Details must clearly state who is responsible for onward distribution. A Prize is not final

until result and eligibility checks are complete.

The Organizer may permit or require streaming, spectators, observers, coaches and broadcast delays.

Users must follow confidentiality and anti-stream-sniping rules. By participating, Users acknowledge

that their public game name, gameplay, voice or image may appear in an event broadcast where this

is disclosed and processed consistently with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These Rules apply regardless of game or mode. New game modes may be launched by completing

and publishing the Competition Overview and, only where necessary, additional Competition-Specific

Rules, without amending these General Competition Rules.

The Overview must contain the standard game, format, schedule, server and match fields.

Competition-Specific Rules should define only additional game-specific win conditions, exploits,

scoring rules, restrictions or procedures that are not already determined by the game, Platform

configuration or Overview.

This Fair Play, Anti-Cheat and Sanctions Policy protects competitive integrity, users, Organizers and

the Platform. It applies to all Accounts, Competitions, Match Lobbies, game servers, Platform

communications and related conduct. Sanctions should be proportionate to severity, intent, repetition,

benefit gained, harm caused, cooperation and available evidence. Immediate protective measures

may be applied before a final decision where necessary.

Cheating includes using or attempting to use software, hardware, scripts, macros, overlays, injected

code, unauthorized configuration, external information or any method that provides an unfair

advantage or interferes with normal game operation. Users must run required anti-cheat software and

permit the technical checks necessary for participation. Refusal, tampering, disabling, blocking or

misleading an anti-cheat system may be treated as a serious violation. Possession or use of cheats

outside a specific Vieforit match may be considered where reliable evidence shows a current threat to

Platform integrity.

Users must not knowingly exploit a bug, map defect, server misconfiguration, scoring error or

unintended game mechanic to gain an unfair advantage. A newly discovered issue should be reported

privately and not publicly abused. An administrator may restore, restart or overturn an affected match

and Vieforit may correct Wallet or ranking effects. Good-faith accidental use may be handled

differently from deliberate repeated exploitation.

Users must compete to the best of their ability and must not predetermine, manipulate or

intentionally lose a match, exchange wins, coordinate with opponents, share prohibited information or

arrange any improper benefit connected with a result. Collusion includes coordinated queueing to

select opponents, avoiding genuine competition, prize splitting contrary to rules, ghosting, stream

sniping and using another person to influence a match. Offers, threats or payments intended to

manipulate a Competition must be reported immediately.

Each User may use only one Account. Creating or using additional Accounts to obtain easier

opponents, repeat promotions, avoid sanctions, bypass limits, conceal identity or manipulate rankings

is prohibited. Only the registered User may use the Account and linked Game Account. Account

sharing, boosting, playing as a substitute without authorization and use of a ringer are prohibited.

Vieforit may use identity, IP address, device, hardware, behavior, payment and Game Account signals

to investigate linked Accounts, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users must provide accurate residence and region information. A VPN or proxy may not be used to

bypass Restricted Territories, regional eligibility, sanctions, server restrictions or Prize limitations. A

privacy VPN that does not conceal eligibility or create an unfair advantage may be permitted unless a

Competition requires direct location verification. Vieforit may require the User to disable it for

verification or match access.

A current game-publisher, VAC, anti-cheat or recognized competitive-platform ban may affect

eligibility where stated in the Competition Details or where the underlying conduct presents a credible

integrity risk. Vieforit will consider the type, age, reliability and relevance of an external ban. An

external ban does not automatically prove a Vieforit violation unless the applicable rules state an

objective eligibility restriction.

Users and Organizers must communicate professionally. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory

abuse, threats, doxxing, sexual harassment, intimidation, stalking and encouragement of violence are

prohibited. Competitive frustration does not excuse abuse. Serious conduct may result in immediate

suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized payments, stolen digital items, chargeback abuse, false KYC

information, sale or transfer of balances, laundering, Prize fraud, manipulation of refund systems and

intentional use of erroneous credits. Vieforit may lock affected transactions, require verification,

reverse invalid credits and preserve evidence for providers or authorities.

Reports must be made in good faith and include relevant evidence. Fabricated, manipulated or

knowingly misleading evidence is prohibited. Vieforit and authorized administrators may review server

logs, demos, anti-cheat data, Match Lobby messages, Account links and other relevant records.

Investigations may remain confidential to avoid revealing security methods or personal data. Multiple

unfounded reports may lead to limits only where the reporting function is being abused, not merely

because a report was unsuccessful.

While an investigation is pending, Vieforit or the Organizer may temporarily lock a Prize, pause a

withdrawal, restrict Competition entry, preserve a match result as provisional or suspend

administrator access. A provisional measure is not a final finding. It should last no longer than

reasonably necessary, subject to legal, provider or complex-investigation requirements.

Depending on the violation, Vieforit or the authorized Organizer may apply one or more sanctions.

• Informal guidance or formal warning.

• Removal of content or communication restrictions.

• Technical loss, round adjustment, match restart or result reversal.

• Disqualification from a match, Competition, ranking or season.

• Loss or reallocation of a connected Prize.

• Temporary restriction from reports, queues, paid Competitions, withdrawals or Organizer tools.

• Temporary Account suspension.

• Permanent Account termination and ban on creating replacement Accounts.

• Reversal of invalid Wallet entries and recovery of proven losses or chargebacks.

• Removal of Organizer verification, event privileges or Platform access.

• Referral to payment providers, game publishers, other integrity bodies or authorities where lawful.

A sanction may affect the Ticket, Prize or Funds directly connected with the violation. Vieforit may

reverse invalid credits, recover chargebacks and withhold a disputed Prize pending a final decision.

Lawfully acquired unrelated Funds should not be permanently confiscated solely as punishment for an

unrelated violation. They may remain locked where required by sanctions, law, court order, fraud

investigation, valid set-off or inability to complete verification. Bonus Funds may be cancelled where

obtained through abuse, duplicate promotions, fraud or breach of their grant conditions.

A team may be disqualified where an ineligible player, cheater, ringer or shared account participated

and the integrity of the result cannot be preserved. Individual sanctions should consider whether

teammates knew, assisted or reasonably should have known. An Organizer or administrator may be

responsible for violations committed through delegated staff or accounts under its control.

Decisions may be based on reliable technical, documentary and circumstantial evidence. The

applicable internal standard is whether the available evidence reasonably establishes a violation,

unless Competition-Specific Rules provide a higher standard. The affected User should receive the

principal rule violated, sanction and appeal route, except where disclosure would compromise security

methods, another person's rights or a legal obligation.

An appeal must be submitted within the stated deadline, identify the decision and explain the alleged

factual or procedural error. Repeating the original report without new reasoning may be rejected.

Competition sanctions are reviewed by the Organizer or designated appeal administrator.

Platform-wide bans, Wallet restrictions and anti-cheat decisions are reviewed by Vieforit. A reviewer

should not be the same person who made the initial decision where reasonably practicable. An appeal

does not automatically suspend a sanction, but a Prize may remain locked until the appeal is decided.

Organizers and administrators must not manipulate brackets, favor participants, sell decisions, misuse

personal data, conceal Prize failures or threaten users. Vieforit may remove access, take over

essential administration, suspend the Competition, issue refunds and terminate the Organizer

relationship.

Vieforit may publish additional game-specific anti-cheat requirements and sanction ranges. Such rules

supplement this Policy and must be available before participation where they materially affect

eligibility or sanctions.
